Eleocharis parvula, commonly known as Dwarf hairgrass is a farm raised aquatic plant originating from America. It is one of the most commonly used carpeting plants used in aquariums that resembles seaweed like appearance. They are easy to grow and require very little maintenance. This aquatic plant is amphibious in nature and thrives in both partially or fully submerged condition. It works well as a spawning medium as well as a foreground plant.
